Breaking Bread Free Budvar Voucher
- Terms and Conditions
- The promotor is Budweiser Budvar UK Ltd (Company No. 04309989) whose registered office is at 76 Macrae Road, Eden Office Park, Ham Green, Bristol, United Kingdom, BS20 0DD.
- This voucher scheme is run in collaboration with Breaking Bread, whose venue is situated at The Downs, Stoke Rd, Bristol BS9 1FG. However, the overall management of the voucher scheme is the responsibility of Budweiser Budvar Ltd.
- The voucher scheme is open to everyone aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.
- The vouchers may only be redeemed at the participating venues outlined on the map, which can be found at https://budweiserbudvar.com/
uk/bristol-venues/ . Other venues which are not listed here will not accept the vouchers. - Vouchers will be issued exclusively at Breaking Bread; no other venue is permitted to issue these vouchers.
- Vouchers will be issued by Breaking Bread on particular days which are to be confirmed by the venue. They will not be distributed every day.
- On the days chosen by Breaking Bread, a voucher will be issued upon purchase of Budweiser Budvar lager.
- The voucher entitles one person to a free serving of Budweiser Budvar Czech lager. The serving is subject to format availability at the chosen venue – it may be one pint, one can, or one bottle.
- Vouchers are valid until 31st December 2021.
- Only one voucher can be redeemed per transaction.
- Vouchers are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
- The voucher is not valid with any other offer of discount.
- No replacement for lost or stolen vouchers will be offered.
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for vouchers which are attempted to be redeemed after the closing date.
- The voucher entitles the barer to a free serving of Budweiser Budvar Czech lager, as outlined in term 8. It does not automatically entitle the barer to a table at the participating venue as these will be subject to availability. Where possible, booking ahead is recommended.
- The prize is supplied by Budweiser Budvar UK (the “Supplier”)]. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control makes it necessary to do so.
- The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the voucher scheme is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
- Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
- The Promoter, Breaking Bread, or participating venues reserve the right to refuse to issue or accept vouchers from anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
- The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the voucher scheme where it becomes necessary to do so.
- Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents, or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate voucher holders, accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
- Personal data supplied during this promotion will only be processed as set out in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
