Pojem korupcia je v\u0161eobecne ch\u00e1pan\u00fd ako zneu\u017e\u00edvanie pr\u00e1vomoci osobami zast\u00e1vaj\u00facimi verejn\u00e9 funkcie, ktor\u00e9 je zameran\u00e9 na z\u00edskanie neopr\u00e1vnen\u00fdch v\u00fdhod za \u00fa\u010delom s\u00fakromn\u00e9ho obohatenia sa. Naj\u010dastej\u0161ie sa prejavuje ako \u00faplatk\u00e1rstvo. Korupcia v \u0161ir\u0161om slova zmysle zah\u0155\u0148a ak\u00e9ko\u013evek konanie \u00faradn\u00edkov a zamestnancov, ktor\u00e9 sa odchy\u013euje od form\u00e1lne stanoven\u00fdch a kodifikovan\u00fdch povinnost\u00ed za \u00fa\u010delom dosiahnutia s\u00fakromn\u00e9ho finan\u010dn\u00e9ho \u00fa\u017eitku, alebo postavenia prostredn\u00edctvom moci, ktor\u00e1 im bola zveren\u00e1. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #3d3935;\">Korupcia je nebezpe\u010dn\u00fdm spolo\u010densk\u00fdm javom, ktor\u00fd sp\u00f4sobuje spolo\u010dnosti nemal\u00e9 ekonomick\u00e9 a mor\u00e1lne \u0161kody. Preambula Trestnopr\u00e1vneho dohovoru o korupcii zd\u00f4raz\u0148uje, \u017ee korupcia ohrozuje pr\u00e1vny \u0161t\u00e1t, demokraciu a \u013eudsk\u00e9 pr\u00e1va, podkop\u00e1va dobr\u00fa vl\u00e1du, slu\u0161nos\u0165 a soci\u00e1lnu spravodlivos\u0165, nar\u00fa\u0161a hospod\u00e1rsku s\u00fa\u0165a\u017e, br\u00e1ni hospod\u00e1rskemu rozvoju a ohrozuje stabilitu demokratick\u00fdch in\u0161tit\u00faci\u00ed a mor\u00e1lne z\u00e1klady spolo\u010dnosti. \u010cesk\u00e1 Republika ratifikovala tento dohovor ako \u010dlensk\u00fd \u0161t\u00e1t Rady Eur\u00f3py. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #3d3935;\">Podnikov\u00e1 korupcia sa m\u00f4\u017ee vyskytn\u00fa\u0165 najm\u00e4 na oddeleniach, ktor\u00e9 maj\u00fa rozhodovacie pr\u00e1vomoci a m\u00f4\u017eu ovplyvni\u0165 najm\u00e4 n\u00e1kup materi\u00e1lov a slu\u017eieb, rozde\u013eovanie pomoci, predaj majetku, alebo obsadzovanie pracovn\u00fdch miest. Riziko korupcie je mo\u017en\u00e9 u \u013eud\u00ed, ktor\u00ed maj\u00fa pr\u00edstup k d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00fdm inform\u00e1ci\u00e1m, ktor\u00fdch postavenie v r\u00e1mci podniku im umo\u017e\u0148uje ovplyvni\u0165 proces rozhodovania, \u010di u\u017e s\u00fa v priamej l\u00ednii slu\u017eobnej nadriadenosti a podriadenosti, alebo pozd\u013a\u017e l\u00ednie slu\u017eobnej nadriadenosti v r\u00e1mci hierarchie postaven\u00ed a s \u0148ou s\u00favisiacich kontaktov.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #ca4a4f;\">TVORENIE A POSIL\u0147OVANIE PROTIKORUP\u010cNEJ KL\u00cdMY<\/span><\/h5>\n<p><span style=\"color: #3d3935;\">Tvorenie a posil\u0148ovanie protikorup\u010dn\u00e9ho prostredia v podniku je jedn\u00fdm zo z\u00e1kladn\u00fdch pilierov VVP.
